The official weigh ins took place today for Invicta Fighting Championship’s first event. Although all fights will go on as planned, 4 of the competitors missed weight, and they will forfeit %’s of their purse.  Although the promoters set up strict rules to ensure that the fighters made weight, including a soft weigh-in on Thursday and stiff financial penalties, Romy Ruyssen, Ashleigh Curry(made on second attempt,) Randi Miller and Sofia Bagherdai were all unable to meet their weight requirements for the all female card.
