XFO Outdoor War To See Some Big Talent

Curran, recently released from the UFC after dropping fights to Scott Jorgensen and Johnny Eduardo, decided he will drop to the flyweight division to make another run. The owner of Team Curran has fought for nearly every major organization including UFC, Bellator, Strikeforce, WEC, Pride, IFL and more. His first test in the division will be against Dustin Ortiz. Ortiz has competed in the flyweight division at Tachi Palace, winning against Josh Rave and dropping a decision to Ian McCall.
Semerzier looks to rebound from his string of losses, having gone 1-4 with 1 no contest in his last six fights. Standing across the cage will be Serment who has put together a three-fight win streak. Serment’s recent win streak has made it difficult for him to find fights against local talent and as such, a former UFC fighter was brought in to challenge the up-and-comer.
Marrello last fought at XFO 42 where after he announced his retirement from fighting. After taking some time off, Marrello returned to the gym and is now looking to make another run in the light heavyweight division. His opponent, Morrow has put together a two-fight win streak, knocking out Mike Van Meer and Shayne Adams.
XFO Outdoor War is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 18th from Sideouts Bar and Grill in Island Lake, Illinois. For more information visit www.xfomma.com
