Skibinski-Graves 2 Set For Bellator 75

At XFO 43 in April, Rafal Skibinski defeated Jason Graves with a single elbow that opened up a massive gash on Graves. The doctor took one look at it and waved the fight off. Graves protested as the cut was under his eye and wouldn’t impact his ability to fight, but the ruling was already in and Graves was given a defeat.

Now six months later, Skibinski looks to prove that it wasn’t a fluke and that the outcome would have been much the same. In the first meeting, Graves took him down and mounted him. He was throwing punch after punch, and then stopped to tell the ref to stop the fight. When the ref didn’t, Skibinski bucked and rolled Graves onto his back and landed the fight ending elbow.

Since the fight, Skibinski has stuck to training as he recently got married. Graves stayed active and took on Ryan Dickson at Flawless FC 1. Unfortunately it wasn’t his night as he was caught in a rear naked choke just under two minutes and was forced to tap to the submission.

Skibinski versus Graves marks the third local fight that has been announced for Bellator 75. The night of action takes place on Friday, October 5th at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana.
