Hoosier Fight Club 10 Lines Up The Talent

Hoosier Fight Club is about to put on their tenth show with HFC 10 on February 11th at the Porter County Expo Center in Valparaiso, Indiana. HFC has been successfully putting on solid shows since 2009, featuring a combination of greater Chicagoland talent and former UFC stars looking to get back to the big show.
HFC 10 doesn’t disappoint with a scheduled main event featuring WEC veteran L.C. Davis taking on Chicago’s own Christian Uflacker. Other fighters scheduled for the card include Ryan Story, Rob Morrow, Jake Rosenbaum, Kevin Nowacyzk, Justin Ruggio, Billy Johnson, Nick Wayne, and Terry House.
Davis will be fighting for the first time outside of the Zuffa banner since March of 2009. He made his WEC debut in August of that year with a split decision victory over Javier Vazquez. He followed it up with two more decision victories, but then lost his next two in a row to Josh Grispi and Raphael Assuncao.
Uflacker a highly decorated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Carlos Gracie Jr made his MMA debut in June of 2008 submitting Kori Trussell. He followed it up with another submission victory over Mark Sinclair and got the call to be apart of the undercard for Strikeforce: Fedor vs Rogers. Uflacker won a unanimous decision over Jonatas Novaes. After the victory Uflacker took time away from the sport to concentrate on growing his own gym in Summit, IL.
Tickets to the event are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 219-309-1861.
