Beer guy must have been drinking beer with the judge that scored it 30-27. Call it what you want but Uflacker clearly won first two rounds—-everyone (Including davis knew it). Davis shouls have got back to his feet rather then complain to judge but he was afraid if he moved from that position he would get caught so he played it safe and waited for the stand up. That’s what was great about MMA in the beggining —a fighter would have to either get up or the ground fighter would end up finishing him off. A game plane to hold your position and hope for a stand up was not invented yet! Nice win for Uflacker!

Not sure Uflacker won. I guess those thigh jabs did some damage. Last night saw a quick stoppage, lots of blood, and odd judging. HFC has had better nights.

Jeff should level with eveyone and just admit that the move to new smaller facility wasn’t a matter of “down-sizing” but rather a matter of necessity. The old facility was foreclosed on on October 31, 2011 according to court records. I hope the smaller facility is a profit center for Team Curran and that the business can remain a going concern but, in my humble opinion, Jeff should just be honest about the “move.”

What a well documented and disturbing article for us the MMA fan. I was at CCC4 and while its a world class promotion the delay in starting the fights dragged the show to a screeching halt by time the main event was taking place with only a portion of the large crowd being present. Its time for the MMA fans to start demanding that all of these issues get taken care of immediately. I say everyone should send an email demanding that Ron Pucillo put in writing how he is going to correct all of these issues as well as address Inside the MMA’s request that If you were an MMA fighter not to ever fight in Illinois because their judging is obsolete and has nothing to do with MMA. I want to see a documented timeline of when and how this will get fixed so we can have a UFC event in Chicago once again.
